Reality is just an illusion
Fermilab is building a “Holometer” to determine once and for all whether reality is just an illusion
Researchers at Fermilab are building a “holometer” so they can disprove everything you thought you knew about the universe. More specifically, they are trying to either prove or disprove the somewhat mind-bending notion that the third dimension doesn’t exist at all, and that the 3-D universe we think we live in is nothing more than a hologram. To do so, they are building the most precise clock ever created.
The universe-as-hologram theory is predicated on the idea that spacetime is not perfectly smooth, but becomes discrete and pixelated as you zoom in further and further, like a low-res digital image. This idea isn’t novel; recent experiments in black-hole physics have offered evidence that this may be the case, and prominent physicists have proposed similar ideas. Under this theory, the universe actually exists in two dimensions and the third is an illusion produced by the intertwining of time and depth. But the false third dimension can’t be perceived as such, because nothing travels faster than light, so instruments can’t find its limits.
This is theoretical physics at its finest, drowning in complex mathematics but short on hard data. So Fermilab particle astrophysicist Craig Hogan and his team are building a “holometer” to magnify spacetime and see if it is indeed as noisy as the math suggests it might be at higher resolution. In Fermilab’s largest laser lab, Hogan and company are putting together what they call a “holographic interferometer,” which – like a classic interferometer – will split laser beams and measure the difference in frequencies between the two identical beams.
But unlike conventional interferometers, the holometer will measure for noise or interference in spacetime itself. It’s actually composed of two interferometers – built one atop the other – that produce data on the amount of interference or “holographic noise.” Since they are measuring the same volume of spacetime, they should show the same amount of correlated jitter in the fabric of the universe. It will produce the first direct experimental insight into the fundamental nature of space and time, and there’s no telling what researchers delving into that data might find out about the holographic nature of the universe.
So enjoy the third dimension while you still can. Construction on the first instrument is already underway, and Hogan thinks they will begin collecting data on the very nature of spacetime itself by next year.
On your mark…get set…
I know you were hoping I was going to say…GO!…but before you throw those tomatoes, hear me out…
Yes, we are still in the “Get Set” phase, but this is not necessarily an icky phase…contrarily, this is a very active period of preparation and it can be quite exhilarating if you know how to interpret the energies coursing thru your veins.
Most likely you are experiencing one of two things since October began…you are either panting from the pace and stress of all the things you need to or needed to get done at once due to the increasing frequencies we are channeling… or you’re flat on your back. Or maybe you are feeling a combination of both: flat on your back while ALSO feeling the stress of so-much-to-do-so-little-time, but with an inability to get your body to align with your needs/intentions.
This latter scenario is my favorite…and while its tempting in those situations to think that mutha/fatha God/des is playing a cruel joke on us, it’s actually a solid indication that we are THAT close to the other side where our bodies will actually support all those things we need to DO. Prior to this period, we felt the pain of transmutation in our cells, yes, but without the urgency to get our arses moving…but all that has changed now. With time collapsing in on itself, it suddenly feels like every 2 weeks it’s Christmas again. And we just. can’t. get. caught. up.

So, before the merge, the human body was designed to understand time/space relation due to the separation in the brain which created complex comparisons, and the ability to see the present only in relation to the past or future. Now, many of us are stepping into a space of neutrality…of pure presence…that of relating to time and space through the perception of every now moment.
This pure, unfiltered focus is what is bringing us into alignment with the rapid manifestation that is already becoming a part of our new reality system. In fact, the compression of time is not really time at all, but an increase in the rate of attraction, of manifestation, and by which we are now an active part of.

Revving Up
Did anyone notice that between September and October our cosmic receptacles were upgraded from 120 to 240 volts? This new energy that we are participating with is quite a different level of frequency…can you feel the jump in vibration? Its so intense it can feel dangerous…like playing with fire…or worse, like Drew Barrymore in Stephen King’s “Fire Starter”.
My mom always used to say…“be careful what you wish for, you just might get it”…if she only knew.
The PHC says that “the current rate of vibration on the planet has increased to magnitudes never before experienced in human form. This level of energy is pushing to the surface each and every weakness that exists both within the individual and collective experience. To know that you are becoming more light embodied is to realize that you are releasing the most dense parts of yourselves and this density is being broken, rather shattered, by the intense waves of light that are streaming through your planet now. The amount of light that you are physically able to hold is directly proportional to the ease by which this process unfolds for you.
There will be many more reaching the vibrational state of center-point in the coming weeks. Those who are not yet at the light quotient required to achieve homeostasis will continue to purge, release and rebalance their energy bodies to align with the physical body. This transmutation process is what is occupying most of the masses now…”
I can hardly believe the amount and power of energy running through our bodies and into the earth right now…so much so that I can hardly sit still or even focus on the words I am writing. I imagine this is what it would feel like for someone with ADD to take amphetamines. If your feeling racy, anxious, or like you OD’d on ginseng, know that this will eventually balance out into more constructive energy if it has not already.
We are approaching the Galactic 7th day on November 3d and can already feel the increased energy that can be perceived as the speeding up of time. This can really play with your mind, so if you get caught up in what I call a “time-loop”, your best bet is to ground yourself and align with the cosmic pulse by surrendering into it. If you do, time will not slow down, per say, but you will feel less like you are running to catch up with it.
Also, the Pleidians say we experienced a major solar flare this past weekend, tho I have not looked into it yet, but aside from whatever-that-magnetic-ass-whooping was, we have some serious tasks to tend to and this current is giving us the (maniacal) energy required to get us packed up and ready to set sail to new shores…and then unpack again. And from what I hear, this forward moving momentum will not be slowing down any time soon….once we ground out and balance ourselves, this will be the new normal.
Right now tho, we are still scurrying to finish details and tie up loose ends, and this includes any and all unresolved issues from what will soon be our “past” life….in a very literal sense. No stone will be left unturned as we hit the high seas, so anything that you thought you could avoid is either in your face now, or will be by the time Christmas arrives….which, luckily is now always just two weeks away ; ))
For the most part, we have already pulled many situations together, brought many resolutions into place and have made important decisions to move forward in our new directions. With Venus (finances/relationships) in retrograde until mid-November, we will be especially urged to keep our nose to the grindstone to resolve whatever is necessary (mentally, emotionally or physically) before moving to the next level.
In my own life, this process is manifesting as (among other things) more financial surprises from the past in need of resolve before I can finalize my constantly-postponed bankruptcy process. This is annoying, yes, but right now we have a ton of cosmic support to deal with those things that we just didn’t have the ability to do before. So crack the whip if necessary, because if you get down to dirty business the next 3 weeks, you will find yourself flying into the Galactic 7th day unencumbered and free.
The trickiest part in being trapped between worlds is allotting the required energy to resolve the past, while also allocating the necessary vitality to keep all those new projects that you have been nursing, afloat and in balance. Those things/people/situations/partnerships/projects/relocations/etc. that are waiting to blast off or finalize keep getting pushed back, postponed, and delayed while many more pieces of our past keep creeping up and jumping in front as a priority.
These things that keep vying for our attention and seemingly blocking us from getting on with our new (and definitely more exciting) lives, will continue to pop up until there is literally nothing left to address. In the meantime, all we can do is breathe thru it and let go enuf to allow the universal forces to support us.
The Bigger Picture
On the world stage…some signs of change and rebirth are beginning to blossom!
“This past week, we witnessed the dramatic rescue of 33 Chilean miners who had been trapped half a mile underground since August 5, the peak date of the cardinal T-square. Several astrologers have commented on the undeniable connection between the collapse of the mine and the cardinal T-square, and the symbolism of death and rebirth – literally coming up out of the earth – when Ceres returned to a conjunction with Pluto. The ordeal of the Chilean miners was a very literal interpretation of the T-square – going down into the underworld and returning to a new life. Many of us are experiencing a similar pattern on a more subtle, energetic level, but it is every bit as powerful. I’m seeing more and more deep changes, with individuals emerging in a “new, improved” state that will allow them to live more richly and fully and to be who they were meant to be.”
That excerpt was written by Pat Paquette from realastrologers.com and so far my favorite astological analogy of this rebirth process we have all been undergoing since June. And while I was glued to CNN during the rescue effort and mourning/celebrating with the rest of the world, I have to admit that I did not make the deep-connection at first. It wasn’t until I received an email from a reader who had these insightful things to say (shared with permission):
“Last night i’ve been up all night watching the rescue of the 33 mineworkers in Chile….
At 5:11 my time, but 00:11 Chile time, the first mineworker emerged from the depths back to the surface, after 69 days being inside the dark warm womb of mother earth…….their life will be changed forever through this experience…..(like our lives are forever changed as well after the long dark night)
The capsule that brings them up through a very narrow tube truly carries the energy of the birth canal……..the capsules name is Fenix/Phoenix……as in arising from the ashes/rebirth….The whole world is watching and the energies of unity and (family)reunion oozing off this event bring tears to my eyes…..the realizations i got from this event are so amazing that i just had to share with someone…
It is no coincidence that the number of miners is 33….(10-10-10 = 3, 11-11-11 = 33 and 12-12-12/21-12-12 = 333)….as we all know 3 is a very important number in ascension…..the fenix emerges them from the womb/ashes…….these 33 miners, at their soul levels, are providing the world, and those of us who are ready, with the energies of christed unity, reunion….and rebirth…..(after ascending into the light)
This whole event is rippling/breathing out the energies of (re)birth, emergence, love, unity and (re)union…….how very beautiful! those mineworkers emergence is our emergence…….their rebirth is our rebirth……I am so very thankful that these other aspects of ourselves are providing us with these energies……what a deeply loving service!

And in my neck of the woods…On October 13th…there was news talk of a UFO sighting over Manhattan that really knocked some peoples socks off. (Any Chelsea folk out there who witnessed this?) First of its kind…that I know of…over NYC, and apparently the “show” lasted for over 2 hours??? You’d think that I’d be privy to these kind of events but I must of missed the memo on this one. Go figure.
The (more) interesting thing about this is the fact that FOX news reported that a newly-published book by a retired NORAD (air force) officer (Stanley A. Fulham) predicted October 13, 2010 as the tentative date for a fleet of extraterrestrial vehicles to hover for hours over the earth’s principal cities…and that the event would be the first in a series of events. (Key-word here…hover. Apparently, some NY’ers are saying these were “hot air balloons” that apparently appeared and disappeared and maintained a steady position for hours…. hmmmm)
And of course, there was no official comment from government authorities or the FFA. “Luuuucy…. you have some ‘splaining to do…”
This sighting in NYC on 10/13 was not an isolated one either…apparently there were reports from China, then Manhattan followed, and now reports from El Paso, Texas say that the sighting was eerily similar to NY‘s. fun stuff
With the 7th day of the galactic cycle upon us, we should expect more and more of these events since this is a time when a huge polarity shift in consciousness will support humanity in the co-creation of a more harmonious relationship between the masculine and feminine forces. As I see it, these increased sightings have the ability to externalize and fortify our connection with the galaxy as a whole….hence galactic consciousness.
What’s Next?
Our power, strength, stability and durability is seriously amping up…
The PHC say that we are, in fact, being switched-on to once again participate in the world of form and as we completely reconnect with the material planes it will be especially important to remember the power of our thoughts because we are now re-engaging at a very different level of operation.
Since manifestation is speeding up exponentially, the external world is quickly becoming an acute and accurate reflection of what truly lies within each of us.
This means that the work we did to shift our external realities to a higher expression of self will now be happening on a global scale. We are moving forward and nothing can stop the flow of momentum that together, we all built toward change. We are feeling that the time for action is finally here and we have a strong current of support that is pushing us forward… whether we want to go or not.
Physical Happenings
Our bodies are going thru some dramatic changes and the physical symptoms can still be intense, in parts, but you may also be noticing that the integration periods are becoming shorter and shorter (save for 10/10/10 blast…holy hell!)…to the point that you may recover (on a cellular level) in one day from a major blast of energy that only 6 months ago may have put you down for weeks. This is one of the positive side effects to the compression of (linear) time!
Some of the usual discomforts:
Grounding symptoms: soreness in spine, labor-like pains, abdominal/menstrual cramps, lower-intestinal distress, lower-back aching and shooting pains, leg aches & restlessness/weakness, sore/burning feet, etc.
Heart-opening symptoms: middle back pain/soreness (behind the heart), chest pain, heart palpitations/flutters/missed-beats, INDIGESTION, nausea (in severe cases vomiting), respiratory ails (coughing), breast swelling/soreness, etc.
Pituitary/Pineal symptoms: ear, teeth, & sinus pain/soreness, ocular migraines, headaches, skull pressure, DIZZINESS/VERTIGO, tinnitus (ringing/high pitched noise), blurred vision, burning/watery/itchy eyes, sneezing, sensitivity to SMELL…
(speaking of sensitivity to smell…is anyone else concerned that divine transfiguration actually means changing from one form into a werewolf? Am I the only person who can smell things that the average human can’t, but more importantly…shouldn’t??? I don’t know yet how this new human superpower will be useful in 5D but in 3D, it’s a serious set-back….especially since 98% of the industrial world is still deeply toxic)
… changes in body temperature (chills/sweating) and night sweats, sleep disturbances (insomnia/deep sleeps followed by fatigue), intensely vivid dreams.
Organ detox symptoms: kidney/liver soreness/flutters, hives, rashes, skin redness, yeast/candida outbreaks/die-off, heavy perspiration, etc.
Often with a rapid increase in energy comes the vague sensation of anxiety and passing feelings of fear and panic. This is just the body’s reaction to so much energy running thru it and will usually subside a few hours to a day after each electrocution : ))

Four basic principles of life for males
One theory to the basic principles of life for the male revolves around money, sex, power, and control. In trying to define what each principle means, bear in mind that those four principles may or may not be classified into two categories with money and sex as one category and power and control as another category.
Socioeconomic status must also be taken into account in describing the four principles and their relationship to the individual. For the average blue-collar male, the principles most important to them are probably money and sex.
Both money and sex are probably their most important need and want over both power and control. That does not mean however, that they would not want both power and control.
Human beings are like opportunistic pathogens. They will seize power and control if such an opportunity is present. For a temporary moment, one may decide to categorize money and sex as level one and then power and control as level two.
For example, a boy that may have grown up poor but has become incredibly wealthy (with access to both principles of money and sex) and now wants to get into politics. This individual is in the early stages of slowly and incrementally wanting to exert some kind of control and possessing some kind of power. The same can be said of males of higher socioeconomic status.
For the white-collar high-ended male, power and control becomes their prioritized aphrodisiac. That does not mean however, that money and sex is not necessary or needed to their life for it is still a part of the four principles of life, hence the title, the four basic principles of life permeating all males regardless of class status.
One must keep in mind the very fundamental law of logic itself. In order for the high class person to achieve both power and control in its maximum, money is a necessary means to achieve both power and control.
In other words, one cannot exert or possess a lot of power and control if they have zero money. For example, some conspiracy theorists believe that the entire planet Earth is governed by an elite class of bankers or individuals making extraordinary serious money.
But would they be able to control the world and exert incredible force if they did not have all that money and wealth? One may argue that their ultimate goal is maximum power and control but they fall into the fallacy of negating the two basic principle of life of money and sex.
In other words just because they have all the power and control does not mean that once in a while they wouldn’t want money and sex. For example, my former professor of religious studies and philosophy Dr. Mueller quoted three simple words from a wealthy male individual: “I want more.”
Many people (both expert and non-expert) tend to argue that for super rich individuals they already have all the money so they would not want any additional money. This is simply not true. I am already a billionaire. If there was an opportunity for me to become a trillionaire, would I go for it? Of course, I would!
The conspiracy theory of a bunch of control freaks (includes men and women but mostly men) wanting to control the world is not as far-fetched as it sounds. This only works in direct parallel with logicality.
When a man has all the money, it only makes sense that they want, can, and are able to control the world by automatic default. Thus, it is not a conspiracy theory.
Sex is the most interesting and fascinating basic principle of life. It is included in the foundational layer of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. It is a need and a want regardless of one’s socioeconomic class.
Earlier, I mentioned that the four principles may be split into two categories of level one (money and sex) and level two (power and control) respectively.
The four principles may also be split into four levels as well. Money is designated as level one. Sex is designated as level two. Power is designated as level three. Control is designated as level four.
When a male makes a lot of money, he can then move onto higher levels more easily. He can obtain all the sex he desires which is level two. As he begins to accumulate more money, levels three and four become more easily obtainable as well.He gains more and more in power and may hold high-powered positions. As he gains more power, he will then be able to exert control.
At this stage, whether or not he wants to exert control is irrelevant to ponder because both subconscious and unconscious forces will come into play. In other words, he may project control and he does not even notice it.
The desire to exert control becomes second-natured. Nevertheless, even at the climax in which the male achieves all four principles, sex will always be a need and a want. For the counterargument to simply remove the principle of sex is foolish.
If power and control were the only end goals then how come a lower level principle of sex is still in the play, still in the play even when one has achieved great success? This all goes back to earlier when I mentioned the three simple words “I want more” from my former professor Dr. Mueller’s wealthy male friend.
On the other hand, for the average blue-collar male, the principle of sex is self-explanatory. Some of the blue-collar males can barely get by on a month-to-month basis.
Chasing after power and control would simply not be a part of their lives and is not even logical by itself. Even if he wants to be in a faithful monogamous relationship, the odds are against him according to research (http://www.epjournal.net/filestore/EP06603612.pdf).
And he might be able to save a couple of hundred dollars to have a good time with a companion, but that would only come once in a blue moon. The blue-collar male is more concerned with paying his bills, buying food, and survival. Remember, this does not mean however, that if there was an opportunity to gain power and control, that the blue-collar male will not seize it.

How to cleanse, charge, activate and program your crystal
Cleansing Crystals
Cleanse the crystal of unwanted vibrations and energies that come from other people handling the crystals during its mining, packing, transportation, unpacking and display before it has actually reached you. Crystals tend to take on energy indicriminately and like wearing someone else’s clothing, you can feel what’s not the right energy for you.
I have read and heard a lot from people advised to do everything from burying their crystals in salt for several weeks to performing elaborate cleansing ceremonies. Do what you feel comfortable with and what makes sense to you.
Experiment and see what works for you. From my own extensive experience, I recommend using a salt water bath for crystals that are able to take salt. Salt is really good for removing negative energies from most crystals. However, some crystals like Angelite and some marbles and pearls are sensitive to salt and their surfaces can be damaged very quickly in a salt bath.
You don’t really need to soak your crystals very long in salt water. A minimum of 7 hours is usually all that is needed unless you have crystals that are extremely toxic for some reason.
When I do some really, really heavy clearing with clients (exorcism level), I will soak the crystals is heavily saturated salt water for 3-4 days or longer. However, in normal daily wearing of crystals, a light short 7 hour bath every 2 weeks or so is fine. Get a plastic bowl large enough to hold your crystal(s).
Glass is fine but it is a hard surface and you could chip your crystals easily if not careful. Fill the bowl with water to cover the crystals by about 1 inch. Room temerature water is fine and it would be best to have spring water whch is “alive” with nutrients that crystals like.
For more refined energies, use distilled water. It doesn’t matter to the crystal unless you go back and forth between extremes of very hot and very cold.
Then, for each crystal, add 1 tablespoon of salt as a rough guideline. The “perfect” cleansing solution is a 30% solution of sea salt and spring water. If you have genuine sea water, use that! As a intuitive, I usually just throw a handful of salt over the crystals and just leave the bucket in the sun to soak.
Try using a pendulum to help you determine when the crystals are ready to come out of the bath. This method works well for me, although I usually walk past the cleansing crystals and intuitively know when they are “done”.
When you pour off the salt water, do not touch the water or you will be transferring the negative energies back onto yourself. Remember to thoroughly rinse off any salt resideue from your crystals. I let the crystals drip on to newpapers or tea towels.
Some people ask if there is a difference between using sea salt and table salt (rock salt). There is. Most people are not very sensitive to subtle energies. In my experience, I find that sea salt leaves the crystals with a different feeling than table salt.
Sea salt has a more refined energy signature with a lot of small rainbow-coloured vibrations. Table salt is like a workhorse, less subtle, more coarse and has clunky yellow and grey-blue vibrations.
If I plan to use a crystal at my upper chakras (3rd Eye or Crown), I will want it cleansed in sea salt, as these centres are very refined on my body and I prefer the more subtle vibration. Wouldn’t you ? Try soaking two crystals – one in sea salt and onbe in table salt. Rinse thoroughly and then see if you can tell the difference energetically.
I’ve also smudged crystals with sage, sweetgrass or incense such as frankincense to cleanse them. This is especially good for crystals that cannot be soaked in salt water. I usually spend about 3-7 minutes doing a smudge, fanning the incense over the crystals with a feather fan.
This is particularly good of you have a whole cabinet full of crystals or some that are very large and awkward to bathe. Try not to use your hand as a fan – as the smoke rises, it pulls out and takes the negative energies away from the crystal.
Passing your hand in this smoke will track these negative energies onto yourself. Don’t forget to give yourself a good smudge to clear your own negative energies, especially your hands which are handling crystals directly.You can also rinse your hands in salt water after using the crystals either on yourself or someone else.
Charging Crystals
Sunlight re-charges crystals with ultrviolet light, sometimes called light radiation. You see, when the crystal comes from the Earth, it is has been nutured in yin energy, the feminine.
The crystal has been taking nutrients from the ground – gases, water, various minerals and other nutrients to develop into a crystal. When it is “harvested” from the Earth, it is being removed from the yin energies and needs now to receive yang energies as its source of energy renewal.
So, the ultraviolet light from the sun, the full spectrum of light, restores the crystals depleted energies. The time it takes depends on the crystal’s capacity to absorb the light (it’s crystalline energy structure has a lot to do with it), the stage of energy depletion within the crystal, and I think the will of the person who has been handling the crystal.
Typically, I find 4 hours in the sun once a week keeps a small crystal energetic and alert. However, some crystals require a much longer time to recharge.
You can experiment with the crystal by putting it in the sun for 1 week then holding it in your hand. You may receive and energy discharge from the crystal ! Also use your pendulum to check if it is ready and also to find out the percentage of replenishment.
Programming a crystal will also take up some of the energy of a crystal and that you may need to recharge more often depending on the usage of the crystal.
Also crystals vary a lot between each other in terms of ability to store energy. Size has something to do with it, but also the energy structure of each crystal will be different.in its ability to hold an energy charge.
Activating Your Crystal
Some readers will not be familiar with how to activate a crystal. Sometimes, a crystal can be a “sleeper”, and needs to know it is going to be used for healing or meditative purposes.
Making a spiritual connection with the crystal helps to activate it, to awaken its consciousness. You can activate your crystal through an initiation ritual, by holding it, rolling it quickly back and forth in your hands, sleeping with it, gazing at it, washing it and generally handling it.
To awaken its consciousness through ritual, offer some sage, sweetgrass or tabacco and indicate your intent for use of the crystal (e.g. for healing). This event marks the initiation of the crystal and makes an energy connection with the person using the crystal. Remember to fully recharge your crystal after you’ve been handling it for activation purposes.
Programming Crystals
Why do we want to program our crystals ? There is a folklore that crystals carry programming (a set of instructions) put there by other people or other beings before we acquire the crystals and that sometimes we do not want that.
Well, I have the view that first, crystals come on the planet already with a set of instructions on how to grown, what structure, where, how fast and with what energy characteristics – just like humans who have a set of genetic instructions. This inherent pattern cannot be changed. It is up to your own belief system whether there were extra-terrestials or others who have loaded instructions into crystals or not. Let’s move on then.
Second, each crystal has its own mission, or its own programming for healing. Sometimes, it is to provide a grounding force on the planet, maybe working energetically with other crystals in the earth to provide a network of stabile energy across the planet as part of the physical matrix of the planet.
Sometimes, the crystal will carry a specific energy signature by resonating tones, colours and other vibrations that are provided through compassionate forces for humans and other life forms on Earth.
Crystal people sometimes say that a crystal resonates for a particular chakra, or has a mission to “clear a past life” for instance. We don’t want to harm that type of programming either.
Third, there is a blank database in each crystal. This is a spiritual (ie, not physical) energy centre which has the ability to store new instruction. Just like humans who have infinate capacity for spirituality, the crystal can translate and absorb an energy signature from outside itself and store it into a crystalline energy structure within itself.
Now this is the real esoteric work of a crystal ! The mundane science of a crystal explains some of how these energy instructions are stored, but now we’ve left that far behind now and are going into an area of deep inner science!
This database sometimes gets filled up with unconscious instructions from people handling the crystal, unaware they are projecting energy thought forms that are picked up and stored by the crystal.
So, we will want to be sure that the database is empty of any unknown programming first when we add our set of instructions. The crystal will then resonate with those instructions, amplifying, broadcasting, and projecting the new set of energy patterns to ourselves or others as directed.
Here are some different programming techniques used with crystals.
1) A simple method is writing a thought on a piece of paper then placing a crystal on top to absorb the thought energy. The crystal magnifies the thought and acts as the transmitter, sending the thought in its amplified state to the target person or thing mentioned in the note. You can also use one of the other methods below and place the crystal on a person’s photograh to send them an amplified thought.
2) You can also program your crystal by holding it in your hand then breathing in through your nose, hold the thought in your mind of what you want, then forcefully breath out (snort !) into the crystal through your nose. Do this on each side of the crystal to program it. There are 6 sides to a clear quartz crystal.
3) Another method is to create a circular breath by holding the thought of what you desire in your mind and then breath slowly and naturally through your nose into the crystal and then breath energy back in from the crystal. Repeat this circular breath for 10 – 20 minutes. This is an effective meditative techniqueand is quite powerful to direct your mind for positive results.
You can put as many thoughts, affirmations or items such as holographic images into your crystal. Whenever you want to clear them out, just forcefully breathe the word “CLEAR!” into the crystal 6 times (one for each side of the crystal) and this will be done.
By the way, if you are holding a crystal and are thinking bad thoughts, don’t. Put the crystal down and clear your mind. Revisit yout intent and then you can proceed to use the crystal, unless you need to cleanse the crystal of any negativity its picked up or to clear it of any unintentional programming. Crystals are indiscriminate about energy, but Spirit isn’t – so please use them for positive purposes.
Let it go
Here we are, at the peak of the sixth night in the eighth underworld of an ancient calendar. There are three weeks left until this level of consciousness manifests itself with just a few months to ripen before entering the last level and underworld.
What this may hold for humanity and our individual self is as predictable as guessing how large the internet would become while still in 1987.
Though the time is so very short on the upcoming events and processes (of which are anybody’s guess), they are still quite far away on an evolutionary scale. While it does seem that time is speeding up, it’s important to learn and remember that time really is an illusion.
Our Gregorian calendar, the way in which we measure movement, should become less of a pinpoint focus and be more understood that it is just a tool.
I believe that holding on to this tool as being a solid truth in life during the coming months will only lead to suffering and confusion. The day can not have a label to it that encompasses all that it is, so when it pains you, let it go.
That may just be the key to being open to all that is coming as well. We appear to be entering into a time when there will be increasingly more to encompass in one’s life then the brain could ever process.
This might be an excellent opportunity to be open to one’s own intuition, if you haven’t already allowed that to blossom. Logic, though a fine skill to possess, is going to fall very short of the mark that is required to evolve to this next level. Let it go.
The upcoming underworld seems to hold many chances for growth. For those who understand this, you might feel the flutter of joy and perhaps even excitement. For those who do not, these words may seem like rubbish and that is ok. We’re all still sitting in the roller coaster anyways.
